Our Policy

1. All returns must be returned with in 30 days of date the item was received, no exceptions.

2. After 30 days - store credit only can be processed.

3. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

4. The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials.

5. If an item has been worn, a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.

6. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7. Customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchanges to Planet Guests.

8. We make every effort to indicate the shoes we sell run large or small. However there is no universal regulation of shoe size. 

We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering in and effort to deliver the correct size. Sizing issues are not considered product defects, so customer is responsible for return shipping.

Credit Card Refunds

All refunds will be processed to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International (non-Contiguous United States) Returns

Packages shipped to destinations not within the contiguous United States will have a 30-day limit on returns.

We encourage you to email us prior to ordering with any size concerns, as we do not offer free exchanges for International Orders. (You are responsible for shipping cost both ways)

How to Exchange an Item or get a Refund

To ensure that your request is processed accurately and promptly, you must follow these steps:

You must complete the Returns and Exchange Form sheet included with your order.

Fill out the form and include it in the box being returned.

The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials.

Shoes and Accessories must be returned with the accessories or shoe-box they were contained in Accessories and both the shoes and the shoe-box must be shipped in another box (either the box they shipped in, or a suitable and durable containing box).

We regret we cannot provide refund, exchange or store credit for accessories and shoes not returned in this way, are imperfect or are shipped only in the shoe/accessories box, or without the original accessories or shoe-box.

Accessories or Shoes that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender or a restocking fee equal to 50% of item value of the product at the time of purchase, will be charged.

Please ship items securely packed by carrier of your choice, but first, sent us an email sales@planetguests.com or give us a call 786.707.1568 and we give the address.

We recommend you ship the package insured, signature request for your own protection.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product, less the shipping costs associated.
